No processing or dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Other regions: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier workload.

Local Shipping Fees

  • Accra delivery: (GHC50 -75)

  • Outside Accra delivery: (GHC75-100)

Free Shipping Threshold

Free local delivery is available for orders above our minimum threshold (Accra only).

🌍 International Shipping (DHL Express)

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express.

Shipping Rates

International shipping rates vary by destination, package weight, and DHL’s current pricing.
For this reason, we do not provide fixed international rates on our website.

Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout automatically by DHL’s system.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or DHL delays.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on their country’s laws.
These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct.
Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
A new delivery fee will apply if the item is returned to us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your package is handed to our delivery partner (local courier or DHL), delays or loss caused by the courier are beyond our control.
However, we will support you in tracing or resolving the issue.
